Sales Enablement Coordination
  • Coordinate updates to sales enablement materials, including battlecards, objection-handling documents, and use-case materials

  • Maintain organization, versioning, and accessibility of enablement assets

  • Collect feedback from Sales and route it to Brand and B2B Marketing partners

  • Support readiness for sales-facing launches and updates

Competitive Research & Benchmarking
  • Conduct monthly competitive research and benchmarking

  • Track high-level changes in competitor positioning, messaging, pricing (public), and launches

  • Synthesize findings into clear, concise summaries for Marketing and Sales teams

Partnership & GTM Support
  • Support partnership and co-marketing initiatives

  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and internal handoffs

  • Support reporting and analysis for GTM programs, including budget tracking and performance summaries for events, webinars, and campaigns

  • Ensure program readiness and execution across teams

Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or programs

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Comfort working across multiple teams and priorities

  • High attention to detail and follow-through

    • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, project management tools, or event platforms is a plus—but not required.
